• Returns and Refund

  If you are not satisfied with the quality of any product you purchase on this website, simply return it within 15 days of purchase undamaged (should not show proof of wear or tear) and we will either replace the product at no cost to you or refund the original purchase price. We will refund your account or reprint your photos when we receive your return you may mail back to us or drop off to our Studio. If you are not satisfied with the pose you may request a retake of your photo. If you do not like to pose chosen for you due to no pose selection submitted to us on time for processing Fotorama is not responsible for replacement of package, you may place an additional order with the pose you desire.

• Orders, Availability and Delivery

  When you place an order for photo packages, our acceptance of your order occurs when your credit card is charged. Until then we reserve the right to cancel your order. Our ability to supply the selected products to you is subject to availability and we reserve the right to limit quantities of products we supply, to divide orders and fulfill partial orders; and to revise or terminate products and special offers. We will charge your credit card only to the extent that we are able to deliver the products to you as ordered. We will do our best to deliver your purchases in a timely manner, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no delays in delivery, and we accept no liability or responsibility for delays caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control. Any product including Frame cannot be shipped, please pick up at our Studio.

• Mailing/ Shipping

Upon placing your order for photo packages Address provided via Phone must be clearly stated, If package is not  reached to you within 3 Weeks, Mail is returned to Fotorama due to non delivery within 2 Months, Please call if at this point you  have not received your order to verify address was confirmed.

                  Online orders mail out within 2 Weeks Call Fotorama Studio with your Order # for order status.

• Orders, Availability and Delivery

During Busy Seasons packages may take up to 2-3 weeks to Ship.  All Framed products do not apply the standard  Shipping  option, Items with Frame MUST be picked up @ Fotorama Studio or pay the  premium shipping fee, Delivery may be purchased at an   additional charge (prices vary by location.) delays in delivery may vary based on routes.

All shipping includes tracking unless delivering personally by a representative.

• Prices and Payments

  Posted prices are exclusive of sales tax and do not include shipping and handling charges, which vary based on your location and the products selected. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

• Storage and Photo Availability

  Your initial access code will be valid for approximately ninety days after it is initially delivered to you. Once you use this access code to claim your photos, the access code will be invalid for any further use. Your photos will be available on this site for viewing and purchase for a limited amount of time. Once the offer period has ended, they will be permanently deleted.
